The Dodgers won the World Series!







This is the first time two players who’ve hit 50 home runs in a season have played against each other in the World Series.  





I’m glad the Dodgers won, because Othani and Betts are some of my favourite players.  


And Freeman’s historic walk-off grand slam in Game 1 was crazy!


Now that Juan Soto’s contract is over, the Dodgers are trying to get him!

Maybe Soto and Shohei will be teammates. Maybe his contract will be even bigger than Othani’s! Yankees top competitors for Soto are the Mets, Giants and the Blue Jays.

If I traveled back in time and told you “You know the purple guy from McDonalds, Grimace? Savannah Bananas

The Savannah Bananas, founded in 2016, are a baseball team that plays in Savannah, Georgia at The Grayson Stadium. There’s just one thing: they play  Bananaball , a totally new version of America’s favourite pastime. They’re basically The Harlem Globetrotters of the diamond. Bananaball added eight different rules to the sport. Let’s check them out! Rule #1. Every Inning Counts.  To get a point you need to win the inning by getting more runs than the other team. But in the last inning of Bananaball every run counts as a point. Rule #2. Two Hour Time Limit.     After two hours the game ends and whoever has more points wins. If the match is tied at the end it’s The Ultimate Showdown: pitcher vs. batter with just one fielder. The pitcher and the fielder must stop the batter before he can score a run. Rule #3.
